Job description:
- Professional client care
- answering incoming phonecalls, e-mail inquiries, and supplying information
- direct contact with clients
- Taking orders for translations
- Passing orders on for realisation to project managers together with project details
- Close collaboration with the Accounting Department
- processing payments for translations from clients
- issuing receipts and invoices
- Supporting project managers in their day-to-day duties
- Maintaining the positive image of the company
Requirements:
- Fluency in English enabling free communication
- Full-time availability (from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organise work independently, self-starter
- Commitment to the performance of entrusted tasks

Job description:
- endorsement, booking and verification of source documents (bank statements, cost and sales invoices, etc.)
- control of documents in terms of formality and accounting
- ongoing analysis and verification of tallies in accounting accounts
- active participation in the monthly/yearly close
- loan collection in cooperation with a lawyer
- preparing reports and analyzes at the request of the superior
- settlement of domestic and foreign business trips
- active cooperation with a tax office
- preparation of employee documents and control of their circulation
- company documentation management - in particular ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) and US certificates, etc.
Requirements:
- economic education (accounting / finance)
- practical knowledge of the Accounting Act and tax laws
- practical knowledge of accounting principles, accounting issues and tax regulations
- minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
- knowledge of basic accounting systems and KPiR is welcome
- good knowledge of the Windows environment and MS Office
- independence and very good organization of work
- knowledge of the English language sufficient to enable communication (everyday work in English)
